Strengthen the information base and monitoring methods for nitrous-oxide emissions from nitrogen fertilizers. Review data sources and agronomic practices, identify priority research lines, and produce technical and methodological recommendations to improve the National GHG Inventory and track NDC commitments toward the 2030 target.
