Designed and delivered a learning visit for Kenyan government and private-sector leaders to study Uruguay's journey to a competitive, low-emission, traceable livestock sector. Organized the Uruguay agenda, moderated workshops in Kenya before and after the visit, and identified transferable lessons for the Kenyan context — catalyzing concrete actions by Kenyan stakeholders.
