Coordinate a South–South cooperation platform sharing Uruguay's experience in sustainable livestock with Sub-Saharan African countries. Lead the partnership between INIA and the Gates Foundation, defining priority countries and focus areas (animal health, reproductive biotechnology, sustainability, digital decision tools), organizing technical exchanges between regions, and producing progress and final reports.
