2017 - 2022
Applied doctoral research for Fonterra, New Zealand's largest dairy processor, diagnosing why phosphorus levels were building up in soils receiving dairy-factory wastewater and testing practical solutions. Combined soil sampling, laboratory analysis and an incubation experiment to identify cost-effective ways to reduce the risk of water contamination, producing three peer-reviewed articles.
